Orders & Checkout
Essential Supply Group operates through www.esupplydirect.com (brand website) and essentialsupplydirect.store (secure checkout and order processing). All purchases are completed through our secure checkout experience.
Return Eligibility
Orders may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, in original condition, returned in original packaging when possible, and not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, certain items are not eligible for return. Due to the nature of certain goods, some categories are final sale upon purchase. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, personal care items, food, perishable goods, opened consumable items, used household items, clearance or final sale products, and any item marked non-returnable at purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customerservice@esupplydirect.com within 5 days of delivery or submit an inquiry through the “Start the Conversation” form. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
Return Process
To request a return, email customerservice@esupplydirect.com or submit a request through the “Start the Conversation” form also available in the footer. Include your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Marketplace Purchases
If Essential Supply Group products are purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart, those orders are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective marketplace.
