Essential Supply Group does not ship or warehouse products directly. All orders are fulfilled and distributed through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled in accordance with the policies of the marketplace where the purchase was made.

Customers should initiate returns or refund requests directly through the marketplace account used for purchase.

Amazon Fulfillment (FBA)

For Amazon orders, Amazon’s return and refund policies apply. Amazon handles:

  • Customer returns

  • Refund processing

  • Replacement eligibility

  • Shipping logistics

Essential Supply Group complies with all Amazon marketplace requirements regarding returns and customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact the marketplace customer service team directly for resolution.
